Where is Liora based? We are proudly located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Liora was founded right here in the high plains in 2020 with a mission to create authentic, meaningful jewelry.
What does the name Liora mean? Liora translates directly to "my light." We chose this name because we believe jewelry should act as a personal beacon of light, capturing your most cherished memories and milestones.
What materials do you use in your jewelry? We prioritize premium, authentic materials. The majority of our charm bracelets and bangles are crafted from genuine 925 Sterling Silver, high quality crystals, and ethically sourced gemstones. Every product page lists specific material details.
Are your charms compatible with other bracelet brands? Yes. Our charms feature standard sizing holes, making them fully compatible with most major modular charm bracelet brands.
How should I care for my Liora jewelry? To keep your sterling silver shining for years to come, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Clean your pieces gently using a soft microfiber cloth and store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat fee of $4.95. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout for $14.95.
How long will it take to receive my order? Because we carefully inspect and hand assemble our pieces, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.
How can I track my package? As soon as your order leaves our Wyoming fulfillment space, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package journey in real time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? We can update your shipping details only if your package has not yet been processed by our team. Please email us immediately at support@lioracharms.com with your order number and the correct address. Once an order is shipped, we cannot alter the destination.
What is your return policy? We want you to love your Liora pieces. We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged? We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards, but if a piece arrives damaged during transit, we will make it right. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
